Return or exchange within 14 days from the delivered date.

Request:
1. Items received within 14 days from the delivered date.
2. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.
3. Return shipping fee is paid by buyer.

Return Policy: Vanichic will only accept returns on products that are identified as eligible for return or are received damaged. Once Vanichic confirms that your Product was returned in accordance with this policy, your credit card or PayPal account will be fully refunded. We do not accept any Product exchanges.

If the Product arrived damaged (“Damaged Product”), Vanichic will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures below. Once Vanichic confirms that you received a Damaged Product that was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card or PayPal account for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.

What items can't be returned?

The following conditions on items cannot be returned or exchanged: Worn, washed, altered, or sale items.

All sale items purchased at Vanichic are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

NOTE: If you don’t receive our Customer Service team’s response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email’s Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.

Return Procedures: All returns must be made within 30days after the Product delivery date. All returned Products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service as per the Site. You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping the returned Product. All Products not returned in accordance with the Return Procedures shall be sent back to you, and no credit or refund will be issued.

Conditions
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetic if the hygiene seal has been broken.
3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Note: 1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-VANICHIC products.
Refunds
Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account per your request.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Return Address
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please submit a ticket in your account, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

 

If you aren’t completely satisfied with the size or quality of your purchase, you may initiate a Return/Exchange Request within 14 days from the date of the item’s arrival.
All return requests are subject for evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.
 
Do note:
1. Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
2. We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may have resulted from Shipping Returns.
3. All Clearance Items purchased at Vanichic are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
4.Masks,goggle, protection suit and other protective equipment  are not eligible for returns/exchanges, due to safety and hygiene issues.

2. Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return
